Worst company to use

We have been waiting almost 2 months for my childs uniforms. I have called and they can not give me any information. All they could tell me is sorry for the delay. We ordered july 21 and it is now September 18 and still nothing. Website states will ship on Aug 31 and arrive September 15. My sons season started September 10 and can not play because of this. I understand staffing and everything but cut off orders if you can not full fill the current orders.

Poor product delivery and excuses

Our club uses soccer.com for uniforms so we had to use them. After 2 month of waiting for our order I called and was told it had not been processed that it slipped through the cracks, they would put a rush on the order and overnight it to me. The next day I received an out of stock on 2 of the items but again no email indicating shipping. I called again and was told that my order was NOT shipped overnight, it went out regular that could take up to 2 weeks because they are busy and the warehouse didn't see the rush order. I absolutely would not buy from this company by choice. They have serious distribution and internal process issues!

Don't waste you time&$

I ordered 4 pairs of socks, a pair of shin guards, and a soccer ball. I got a reply acknowledging my order and that shipping was backed up and expected shipping was two weeks out. And I would receive a email when it shipped. They supposedly had the ball I wanted for cheaper than other places. So I thought I would wait. Well that shipping date came and no response so I called. Only to hear there was nothing they could do. Cancel the order or wait. Finally 3 weeks after my original order date I got an email saying the ball was no longer in stock and they issued a refund. A few days later I got an email saying the socks were shipping. Then two days later I get the same email apologizing that the shin guards were also no longer in stock and they issued a refund. Neither refund included tax or shipping which was an additional $20. So now a month later I'm waiting on four pairs of socks, that cost $20 more then they should of. Which Amazon sells for the same price and free shipping.
Needless to say, if they ever do show up I will return them for a full refund.
What a scam!

How is this company still able to operate?

We ordered my daughter's soccer uniforms more than 8 weeks before her season started. We were to receive the order August 8th after placing the order July 7th. Here we are a month past the shipping date and nothing! We spent over $325 with this company. I have called & emailed weekly and have not gotten anywhere with this disgrace of a company. This is a racket and maybe arguably fraud!

Avoid if you can

Our club only uses soccer.com for all uniform items, so we had to go through them. Took more than 6 weeks from order time, and customized items arrived before basic items like socks and shorts. When I tried calling customer service, a robot message stated I had to send an email, which they took 2 days to respond to. One defective was replaced, but even that express 2day shipping took 6 days to arrive and we live less than an hour from their location.

Rude Customer Service

I have tried to call in 5 times and your automated phone kept hanging up - then I finally get through to an African American lady that was rude and did not want to listen to a word I was saying. I could tell when i spoke she took the phone away from her ear because she wouldn't say anything until a long pause and I asked if she was still there. All of my daughters team placed the orders at the same time. Most of the team is getting their uniform this week. The issue I have the lady would not even listen. NO Expediting is all she said. Terrible customer service!!!!! I have worked for a company for 27 years and if someone at my company treated a customer like she did they wouldn't be employed where I work. Customer Service is about helping someone. I guess this is the typical company that is all about making money versus taking care of a customer. my order # is 423329508 if you actually want to try and ship it sooner. My daughters season will be more than half over when we get these items.
HIRE MORE PEOPLE if you cant get orders completed in a timely manner.

Dishonest and Unhelpful

Ordered a jersey for my son and there was at least a six week delay. Reps flatly lied and said it couldn’t be cancelled. Our coach talked to his “account rep” and said he was ordering en masse and was told, falsely, that all previous orders would be cancelled. Of course they were not, and the unwanted products were charged and shipped. This is a terrible, dishonest and unhelpful company. I don’t care about $50, but I do care about being lied to repeatedly, and that’s my takeaway from this company. Liars.

Worst service EVER!

Ordered my childs gear 9 months ago. After 10 + phone calls and 10 + emails we still dont have our gear. Missed shipped dates and over promised. Ive been a customer since the early 90's. DO NOT BUY from them. Have your team go elsewhere. #LOYALSoccer. Comcustomer

Deceiving

When I purchased my 9 items for $250, the shipping date was 10 business days. I paid $10 extra for expedited shipping. After a week of waiting on my order, I called customer service. The estimated arrival time is in 40 days, which is almost the end of the soccer season.

Used to be a good shop

Used to be my go to shop for all things soccer related, but customer service has gone down hill. Seems like the company no longer cares about the customer. I have spent thousands here over the years, but I will start to look elsewhere if they don't go back to caring about people's orders admitting their mistake and bait and switch advertising.
